Refund policy

Return Authorisation

Please contact our team at components@osteonmedical.com to request a return authorisation. Any returned components without an authorisation will not be accepted.

Product returns

We will accept the return of components only in saleable condition. All items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unmarked and unopened.

If the returned components are accepted, a credit will be issued to your account. If the returned components are declined, they will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
